Our oysters are surface-grown, meaning they are constantly being tumbled by wind and waves and have access to the most nutrient-rich part of the water column. Several times a year, our farmers sort and handle each oyster, ensuring each bivalve is at optimal size and shape upon harvest. The clean, bright, buttery flavor and deep, round cups distinguish our oysters from others.

The farm is located offshore of the John Chafee Nature preserve in the West Passage of Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island. We share the habitat with all types of wildlife from coyotes and horseshoe crabs to juniper trees and the occasional hiker. On the north side of the farm is Seal Rock which is where seals like to hang out and we like to wave hello!
